| It may be spring in Europe, but not yet here. Marsh is the month of hopes and disapointment, you hope for spring and surprisingly since a few years it's in March that we have the most snow falls.. These "berries" on a tree are capped with fresh falling snow... I was surprised to see how the berries are still so red and look fresh in spite of the fact that they are leftovers from last fall. They are obviously of no interest to the birds since this tree was covered with these tiny fruits (about 7 cm in diameter). |

Hi Nina I do not recoquonise the berries but they are nicely captured, the detail in the snow is good, a slight application of shadows and Hightlights (PS8) would lift the details in the berries which are dark from exposing the snow correctly. TFS

Hi Nina, quite an artistic shot. The berries with the snow on them are quite attractive. I like the BG showing similar patterns. Well done.

Je crois que mes oiseaux ferait un festin de ces petit fruits. Malgré le peu de lumière l'exposition et les couleurs sont parfaites.
Félicitations et bonne journée.

Nice shot, but it could be improved by ajusting levels and saturation.
TFS.
Very nice capture with plenty of details in the snow and the berries Nina. The almost b/w background works very good here and you did a great job with the light not burning the details in the snow.

Nina, the contrast here between white and red is simply great.
A very nice composition with an excellent point of view.
Congratulations.
