I spotted this on the thumbnails and thought it looked very good. In full-size, I can tell it is very good! The p.o.v. works really well.

I'm wonderig how do you achieve that smooth background...
Do you apply some PP to the out of focus lawn to achieve this great result?

Hello Clint,
In my opinion, this composition is a true art: diagonally placed grass, spirally moving snail and nicely use vignetting effect, completeed with very accurate exposition and colors.

Even though I don't like these slimey creatures much your capture of this image is superb. I love the lighting the way the light is shining on it slimey body. Nice capture of this guy I hope it didn't eat too much of you plant.

Dear Clint,
one of your really careful portraits which reveal unsuspected beauty of animals we see every day. I notice the use of light dispersion or passive screen to alleviate the problem of glares. The transparency of the snail together with the uniformly blurred background make it a perfect shot. You set the example of a macro to follow!
