[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
... aka AEolian Imprint ... and Ode to Earth Day

After recent storms we have experienced relative calm along the seashore. Calm waters show the slightest breeze...

Note 1: I had planned to post a panorama; but messed up by 8 pixel ... it's ready now.


Note 2: There are but TWO birds in this shot:
ONE gull < waterbird? > swimming;
it's a great black backed gull Larus marinus...
ONE gull < rockbird? > resting on the rocks;
it's a herring gull Larus argentatus... ...

The rest of the dots are lobstertrap floats.

PS Ĉolian means related to Aeolus, the Greek God of wind, eh...

Excellent capture of that waterbird in its' natural surroundings. Oh no great seascape with amazing shades of blue and beautiful composition. I take it those are waterbirds I'm seeing. Thanks for sharing my friend.
