| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
It is a night when we are having the autumn crayfish festival in the Swedish village named Rävsnäs. The cottage lies next to this strait (sundet) or canal (kanalen) leading out to the baltic sea, and the beautiful dusk sinks into the landscape, spreading a fluid rosy pink and purple. The reeds (vassar), the trees and the boats slips into the night, so deep and silent.
Unfortunately I cannot rescue the heavy grains from the ISO400 film and the perhaps wrong use of DOF. I think there is no resting/focal point in this picture which is quite disappointing. Still, the colours/ lights are unforgettably tranquilising for my soul. |
