It looks like the foreground was artificially blurred... perhaps gaussian. A little gradation in the blurring would have helped.

Still, a compelling shot.

You start with a beautiful shot of a hare taken in evening light (a little more in the note would be nice!). Sharp and beautifully composed with a hint of the landscape BG blurred to just the right extent.

This is a superb first post on TN, welcome. I like the pose you captured, he looks very proud and alert at the same time. Most of all, those details and lightning are superb and so is this composition. I don't see those animals very often and I wish I could have such nice picture of one but the ones I saw so far just run as fast as lightning and were impossible to photograph :) Thanks,

Nice shot. The way the rabbit is gazing towards the sunset looks wonderful. Also the golden rays of the seting sun always produce beautiful images. But I would have likes a little less space behind the rabbit (by cropping). Anyways, great work.
