Hello Narayanan,
This is a beautiful picture with smooth tones of colors. I like this centered composition with great pose from the insect. I think details could be sharper but the way they are gives an interesting texture at the picture. In Quebec, we have a problem with our bee as it seems that 40% of the population died from an unknown disease... I hope they find the problem soon as bees are essentials in nature. Thanks,

Hope you are being meticulous about focus in your recent captures with 180mm macro.
Though the focus on the bee is slightly soft, the colours of the flower are beautiful.

Subject little bit blur. Like the flower lines, highlight or pull you eyes to the subject. Agree with satish_h to keep subject away from centre of photo.
