Wind At Work
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| The wind sculpting the sand on the Lunette of Lake Mungo, also known as the 'Walls of China'. The lunette is 30m high and 26 km long and formed over thousands of years. The dunes are moving gradually eastwards a little each year, as is seen here with the sand slowly devouring the surrounding trees and shrubs. |

i like the wide composition you chose here and the wind action. I wish the depth of focus had been greater. I feel that tree should be sharper to make this image pop.

Hi Steve,
I like this photo a lot. The emptyness gives it an great abstract look. The way you composed the photo with the small tree on one side and the sand blowing on the other side is very beautiful. The fact that there are only three colors that contrast eachother perfectly is perfect.

This is a different but interesting action capture!
I like the way the blowing sand is frozen, showing how the sand dunes are created...
Great colours and details, and an attractive composition!
