Nice action shot.
Impressive feeding technique.

Crisp clear. Very appropriate DOF. Nice blur on the open wing.

Composition could have been improved by cropping more above and right, but including the foot of the chick below. (just a small nit. Don't worry).

I see two areas with less contrast:
chest of chick + chest of parent.
Maybe due to direct sun on some dirt on your lens. Maybe cleaning the lens or using a divice to create shadow on the lens would have done the trick.

Excelent capture of a very interesting moment.
