| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Apus melba (TR: Akkarınlı Ebabil, ENH Alpine Swift): Picture was taken from a captured animal and released after taken. It is a small bird, superficially similar to a large Barn Swallow or House Martin. It is, however, completely unrelated to those passerine species, since swifts are in the order Apodiformes. |

Mustafa,
Welcome to TN.
A bit of over exposure; minor issue. It can be "fixed".
Wish more people would release these creatures.
Excellent clarity and focusing.
Best regards from Canada from,
Mario.
the apus apus is one of my favorite birds.i didn't know the apus melba, probably the tachymarptis melba,i know him as "martinet a ventre blanc" in french.is this the same one?
tfs this picture.

Nice close-up.
Some overexposed areas on the back. Since the bird was capture, the best is to bring it in the shade to avoid direct sun at create nicer details.
