[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is an old friend from one of my first pics on TN . Huey is now a year older , and somewhat wiser . He and his brother came back this year , and are hanging around our farm . They are great guys to photo because they don't seem to be bothered at all by my presence . My daughter and I love them . Their mother is around , too , and she's setting a nest . Hope you like this one , Duey"s next , tomorrow .

Hi Kevin,
Nice catch. It is well exposed, and the negative space that you left in front of the bird makes for a very effective effective composition. The branch directly behind his head is so similar in tone to the bird that it is a bit distracting. A slightly different angle might have avoided it. Overall, the bird just does not seem sharp. It doesn't seem to be motion blur, but if it as a focus problem, I can't quite decide where the best focus plane is.

Nice capture of a beautiful bird, your composition has great natural colors and good details, I like the catchlight in his eye, bring on Duey.

a nice shot but it's OOF, you used a very short SSS so it
could not be camera shakings.
The compostion and POV are nice.
