A lovely shot of the Greenfinch, nicely composed and a great POV and pose with the Blue Sky BG and the Spring blossom is an added bonus, nice sharp detail and lovely colours, I like the catchlight in the eye too. I have only ever seen one Greenfinch in my Garden, maybe not so common up North.

There are so many good bird shots on here that sometimes I tend to just pass over them. However, this photo of yours really caught my eye.

First of all, I just adore how incredibly sharp and detailed this shot is. I can see every fine little detail and it looks amazing. If anyone ever wonders what these lovely little greenfinches look like, this is definitely a photo to see.

I really love how you constructed that perch allowing yourself to get a wonderful blue back drop. Good idea and it looks great. Overall, the colours look really good. Good job on the composition as well.

Hi Adrian, a beautiful shot of the Greenfinch. Perfect POV and colour range excellent. Great focus and good detail and sharpness on the bird. Nice pose from the bird too. Composition is great with the blossum on the branches.
