Sorry I can't help with the ID. It is an excellent macro photograph. Very beautiful colors saturation and sharp detail from the spot on exposure. Yhe shallow DOF creates a nice OOF backround.

Fine shot of a beetle belonging to the Chafer family (Geotrupidae).
This beetle and the flower are both sharp and contrast well with the neutral BG in this pleasing composition.
