Hi Peter.
Wonderful photo, absolutly spot on, colour, focus, DOF all great.
I actually have a pair of Chaffinch around my back garden. When I put grain bread out on the post it's not long before they arrive.
The female is a little more elusive and shy but the male comes and goes quite happily.

What a nice shot of that bird , the details in the plumage is excellent and the colors are also very nice.POV an BG blur and colors are also excellent.I also like the eye of that bird it is a very well in focus image.Very nice bird never saw it before.

Beautiful!
Looks a bit like an old English painting; through the old varnish it has become a bit yellowish but still it has all its glance and glory; and besides the subject is a very adorable one.
Branching and posing matters concerning the former are 'wow'.

Hi Peter, I have just found this and what a lovely shot! Everytbing about it is perfect right down to the soft and natural detail the feathers. Excellent POV with a nice profile. Perfect DOF.
