View to the island Træna taken from the neighbour island Lovund. These 2 very special islands are situated in Helgeland, right beside the Arctic Circle.
Beautiful wilde nature with large colonies with birds, for example puffins.
It takes almost 2 hours to reach Træna from the main land. In contradiction with almost all other places in rural Norway, Lovund is a young and growing society, mainly because of the fish factories(salmon) on the islands. |
