Hi Ridvan,

This is an unusual looking butterfly with the large white markings. Nice macro with a good black and nice details. You really like to come in close (smile).

Splendid close-up shot of this beautiful species. Very sharp image with nice colours and patterns on its wings. Excellent POV to portray its dorsal view and the green leaves as BG works well here. I like its awesome antennaes and the polka dots. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

Hi Ridvan,

it is Arctia villica (Cream-spot Tiger).
i have found rarely this species... but here in Romania is not very rare. ussualy come at light early in the morning so to often is not seen.

Wears clothes like in the fifties this Arctiidae. A really beautiful moth you caught here. Very funny this yellow end of "fur" behind the head. (It sems to be a male)
