This is one of the frogie which is really common, its called "Rainfrog" or "Tink Frog", because it has a metallic sound resembles as a bells.
They arent too big just 2 cm average, but some of the females can reach 3-4 cm. In Costa Rica there are around 27 sp of this and some of them have red thighs, horns, spines on its tarsus, etc
I found this one after a light rain stopped resting on the surface of the leave waiting for mosquitoes, and flies.
