Hello Sue
Sorry for not helping you out with identification, but I don't have an idea what kind of insect this is.
What I do know is that this is a very nice image with lovely yellow and green color tones.
Sharpness and composition are very good.
Only thing that can be changed imho are levels or curves.
The inner side of the flower and the insect are just a little to dark and by adjusting that with curves or levels they will become a little brighter with details even better visible than they already are.
Thanks for sharing.
Kindest regards, Harry
Hi Sue.
This is beautiful also. Great sharpness and colour. Excelent detail. A great macro image. Very well done.
Regards, Steve.
