| This photo of Bohinjsko jezero (Lake Bohinj) was taken on the way from Mt. Komna to Črno jezero (Black Lake) at am altitude of approximately 1,600 m. Lake Bohinj is a beautiful place in the north-west of Slovenia, surrounded by the Alps. Talk about fresh air! |

Hi Alenka,
a very beautiful view indeed. Those different tones of blue are great as they fade away into the background. Foreground is nice and sharp with good contrast and colour and the gap in the Tree tops is well placed, as it allows us to see as much of the lake as possible from your POV. Well done.

Hello Alenka,
Wonderful scenery you're showing us today!! It brings back memories! We spent a few days at Bohinj lake a few years ago. It was really fabulous! We stayed at Pension Stare by the river Sava, a lovely place. I never managed to get any shots as fantastic as this though!! I like the DOF and the magic misty light showing the contours of the mountains. Very nice POV too, I like the way you included the spruce on the right.
Many thanks for showing this, Ulla

hello Alenka, it is a very pretty sight, that made dream, thank you.
Mich,
Hi, Alenka
Another beautiful image of yours. Very impressive and interesting landscape. It was very thoughtful of you to include the tree tops in the foreground so that the foggy scenery and blues of the background create the image of open space and some mysterious wonderland.
Anna
Hi Alenka,
Breath-taking view of the lake & valley below, shrouded in haze..I enjoy the composition and grand scale. I did a WS to try on a different look of this great landscape.
Well done!
