Hi Michel,

I just love these birds and this is a lovely capture. Wish I could see one in real life. Nice pose - good colors - good details. Looks wonderful amongst the green leaves and with the black background.

You are right. The light was very good. I like the somewhat "regal" pose of this bird. I have always liked the colors of the Cedar Waxwing. It's a nice summer photo with all those green leaves.

These birds are so sleek and lovely. Getting it in such an even light was lucky indeed. The rich greens are wonderful in both the fore and back grounds. Very nice work.
