Wow, what a marvellous mid-flight capture of the Skipper approaching to land on a flower, Jose! And that too at shutter speed 1/200.
The frontal limbs such as the eyes, antennae, proboscis and legs are sharply captured.
I love this great image.

Great in flight capture of this lovely skipper Jose.
Love the movement in the wings wich do give the image a great dynamic touch.
Excellent work done by using the flash at 1/200th to freeze the body, tongue and antennas of the skipper and leave movement in the wings.
Great sharpness and lighting.
Colors and details are most wonderful.

Aun no aterrizó y ya esta desplegando su espiral.
Siempre es gratificante disfrutar de un insecto en vuelo, sobre todo con un punto de vista y fondo tan bonitos. Buen foco en la cabeza, quizas un pelín más de velocidad lo hubiera fijado mejor, auqnue no le quedan mal del todo las estelas de movimiento :)

José Ramón, realmente impresiomante tu captura. Los ligeros desenfoques de algunas zonas lógicos: a ver quien capta desde ese ángulo un insecto en vuelo con esa ampliación y esos detalles de la cabeza... Felicidades por tu habilidad y seguro que triunfas con esta toma, no es para menos. Saludos.
