| Lately everybody seems to be inspirited to shoot ducks.. Like the ducks of Gert, they are amazing, i saw a duck of Pieter.. and then i thought.. lets give it a try.. Couldn’t find a flying duck, but i took a picture of this goose.. It was interesting, please let me know if it was worth full..! I have taken this picture with a Sigma 80-400 OS.. Not used the converter like I mentioned earlier, that was a wrong enter... But, I do have to thank the “undutchables” for making new firmware for the 300D! Now I am able to take pictures with AI Servo, and that rules! I have taken several pictures of flying birds, and it works great! |

Very nice flight-in Olger.
I'm impressed that you could pan and get this so sharp with the Sigma OS and a 2 X converter.
Very nice compostion and details.
Well done.

Hello Olger! It's nice that I inspired you. :) Your first flight-in shot is a very good try. You almost cut the wing on the left. Details are good and it's nice and big (way bigger than my flying duck). The white BG (a little OE) is a little distracting. Very nice picture though! TFS!

You handled this well. The Canada Goose position is really good. You have the eye contact which is important. The white background is artistic as the Goose is exposed just fine. I like the composition and colors, it works.

Olger only ducks in flight are allowed on TN :-))))
For info you can shoot Ai servo with the 300D. You just have to plug a 2.5mm Jack to lock it.
Good sharpness and POV. Good shot!
Well done.
TFS.
