Another great bird that is taking off. I had to scare him to take off, then it surprise me when I was relaxing. No tripod and my camera is quiet heavy. I crop the picture a little. 200mm lens.

I like very much the contrast of color between the white and the blue of the sea, you managed an excellent exposure since nothing is overexposed on your picture. The composition works well also

very nice backlighting through the primaries here. Great diagonal across the frame too. The head is just a tad soft. You should tri 1/1000 to 1/2000 to nail it, but it is trial and error. The overall impact is good.
