Flatworm? NO - LEECH

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
While at the pond I saw what I thought was a Leech in the water. When I sat and watched there were quite a few about and then I noticed two on the bank which I thought was funny for Leeches. I photographed this one which was about 5 inches long. Another person thought they were Flatworms. Can you identify it please?
Nephrotome2 has confirmed it is a LEECH and I thank you for that.

Leech. Definately.
You can give them earthworms as food (even big ones). They'll catch it from the middle and will swallow it all.

Hi Peter,
Never knew they lived in the UK so very well seen and captured.
Very good light and colours.
