Sturnus vulgaris Linnaeus, 1758 – Sığırcık [TR]Starling [EN] is one of two species in Turkiye of the passerine family Sturnidae. Other species is Sturnus roseus
– Ala Sığırcık [TR], Rose-Coloured Starling [EN], pink and black colorued.
Both of them are very useful bird for agriculture, eating vermins, grasshoppers etc.

Im not sure but I think this is the same as the UK Starling..If not it is a close relative..You have captured him perfectly with great lighting and detail. the pov is excellent.

Great picture of a starling.
Love this bird. They are stunning when flying in enormous flock, like they use to do during the migration season.
