Hi Vivian. Well for your first Macro shot this is very good indeed. sharp focusinf and fine detail. good use of the light to give warm colours. and a nice pov/dof.very good all round. will look foward to some more.TFS.

I think this is a caterpillar of the Ruby Tiger moth
- Phragmatobia fuliginosa
- family: Arctiidae
Very good clear and sharp picture to show this 'hairy' ceature.

A lovely shot of this caterpillar.The textures and details are very good.I like the lighting ,it has produced very fine colours.The focus is spot on and the OOF BG has a lovely bokeh.TFS
