Hi Peter,
Dein Pinselkäfer ist wunderschön, er sitzt auf diesen herrlichen Blüten und läßt es sich gut gehen. Wie ich gelesen habe, ist er zumeist auf weißen/hellen Blüten zu finden.
Letztes Jahr habe ich im Garten meiner Schwiegereltern im Rheinland auch einen gesehen - meinen ersten und vorerst letzten - auf einer weißen Gartenhortensie.

Once more your brilliant close-up picture. First of all I am impressed with light. It is soft and wonderful. It is difficult to believe that this is natural sunlight. Or shot was taken in shadow? Composition of the shot, exactness of all details, beautifulness of the pictured scene and framing are outstanding. Bravo and best wishes. Superb done.
