This is a view of the top of Mont-Blanc, the highest mountain of Europe (4808m on the last count), in France. It was taken from the Gare des Glaciers, which used to be the first stop of the Aiguille du Midi lift (3842m high) before it was moved to the Plan de l'Aiguille.
On this photo, one can see the top of the Bossons glacier and the route that was used for the first ascent of Mont-Blanc. |

This is trully a good view of Mont-Blanc indeed
good pov with perfect sharpness, vivid colour and details
very serene and peaceful atmosphere well captured
