Il Lago di Canterno è uno degli angoli più suggestivi della Ciociaria. Si tratta di un lago instabile, cioè cangiante grandezza, forma e profondità durante il corso dei decenni, e talvolta prosciugandosi del tutto. E' contornato da un ambiente naturale e rurale di grande bellezza, detto la "piccola Scozia" ciociara, per le affinità paesaggistiche con le highlands britanniche. Purtroppo sulle sue rive si trovano molti rifiuti lasciati dai gitanti della domenica, secondo un malcostume molto diffuso in zona, anche a causa della presenza di molti stranieri immigrati, evidentemente "diseducati" all'ecologia come all'amore per la terra in cui ora vivono...

Very fine photo again, and this time the lake gives some plus to it. Very good in sharpness, and the composition shows very well the great size of the valley, witch gives a feeling as if you just arrived and got to see this beautiful view that makes you wanna go even closer.

You present us a classical, yet very pleasant sunset scenery. The composition and the colors are very well and I especially like the lightfall coming from the right.
