| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Today I went with a friend to Idaho for a little bit so we could see the American Bald Eagle in its natural environment. I wanted a unique angle, so I stood as close as I could beneath the raptor and looked up. I tried to make up for the dismal lighting (it started to snow as we began scouring the area for the eagles).
I've never seen so many eagles in one place and made sure to get as many shots as I could. Lighting, as I mentioned, was a problem, but that didn't negate the bit of release I had, forgetting however briefly the uncertainty that has plagued me as of late.
I wish I could enhance this more, but this was my first eagle taken in the wild where I can actually tell it is an eagle! |

Yes you an see an eagle very well..and a baldy as me and the kids like to call them..We had two eagles with nests on our wilderness property which by the way is under 4 feet of snow as I type...A very lucky catch for you..I hope you took a bundle of pics..I love these..and so does the Chronicle in Omak! And I now more..it's going online Tuesday edition from me..
That will be FRONT PAGE on XMAS DAY! How do you like them apples!
