This was a very nice Saguaro specimen located at the beginning of hieroglyphic Canyon in the Superstition Mountains.

Not only do I know this place... but I've even photographed this very cactus a couple times. I will have to see if I have one worthy of upload for comparison with yours.

Added Note...
I've noticed that one of the arms of this cactus has had something happen to it since I photographed it. You can see the the rightmost arm looks like it has been sliced off somehow. When I photographed it the arm looked OK and was intact:

The lost arm looks very unnatural to me. Lightning could never make such a surgical cut. The arm would be mangled if lightning struck it. I wonder what happened.

I took this TrekNature picture on the trail to Hieroglyphic Canyon about half way between the parking lot and your cactus:

Hello Marc! Beautiful composition. Good colors. Very good lightness and sharpness. Nice effect. Good luck. Greetings from Poland!
