Hi Jorunn,
Welcome to treknature! Yes, the shadows and light are really nice in this picture. You have made a good composition using the light to your advantage here. Also, your interest was the orange growings and you captured them well. I would have rotated the picture just a tiny bit counter-clockwise to give a more flat horizon. It would be nice if you have a close-up or macro shot of the orange growths to show us! All the best for 2008.
