[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On my trip to chilka lake on bird census this year i got the chance to shoot this bird when i reached there.Many have posted this bird and will post because this is such a nice bird to see that one can fall in love at first sight.

Any way this is my first shot so i want to share this one with you all and want your valuable critics on how to improve my bird and wildlife photography.

Welcome to TN,you start with a great capture with nice colors although the eagle is a bit soft on focus,you could have improved the impact of this picture if you would have more space on the right side of the picture,tfs

Nice first post Good POV and comp, I think the picture was taken with digital zoom? the edges not being too sharp..

Anyway Great first post and look forward to seeing some more..

Hi Satya,
A warm welcome on TN and nice to see you here.
You really do start with an outstanding shot of the Brahminy Kite with nice colours and details on its plumage. Great control of lighting and exposure still I think the image could be a bit sharper. The composition is a bit centred, cropping a little space on the left will make it even better. Anyway, a superb image with a great DOF and POV. Kudos.
