I like this composition and thanks for sharing.

The capture is brilliant on that stalk. The perch is nice for the capture and the depth of field is perfected in this shot. Wonderful sharpness right to the compound eyes and vivid details of the body and wings.

A superb composition - the angle of the butterfly's outer wing forms a perfect match with the grass stem. The green BG is also an excellent foil fot the colours of the butterfly. Great detail too.

Very beautiful and artistic picture! The size of the butterfly in comparition to entire shoto is not very huge, but thanks to this the composition is very original and simply wonderful :)

Such a lacey-winged dainty b.fly Ulla, illuminated perfectly, getting a boost from the fill-in flash, no doubt. The light colored underwings contrast nicely with that jet-black eye and the gramineae shoot on which the b.fly stands is a perfect addition to the fine composition. Thank you for this eye-warmer my friend.

You did well in retaining the branch/stem of the plant the butterfly is sitting on, Ulla, because the branch too is as attractive as the subject itself.

The captured scene is so artistic and pleasant. The grass is looked amazingly and small charming butterfly on it too. I like ultimate details of the main subject, great impressive lighting and wonderful nicely coloured and well blurred BG. Bravo, superb, elegant work.
