I believe it was Robert D...in Taxi Driver...who made that line famous...also made a kid named Hinkley newsworthy...and Jody Foster. I have heard the line so many times and every time it is used in picture it seems appropriate for the image...Very nicely done you now "looking downward at birds" person!

I will do you a swap - a northern cardinal for a blackbird! I would like to see these in reality!

You have titled this perfectly..He looks like a Punk Rocker standing proud with just a little to much attitude for his own good!!
Lovely sharp details and colours considering as it looks as though he was in the shade and by your shutter speed.

Nice colours and lighting along with perfect exposure.
Great POV and composition as well.
The focus is slightly off the head, maybe a slightly smaller aperture (such as f/8) and a touch of flash would have been a bit better.
Great shot nevertheless.

Beautiful colored bird.
I have here in Holland in the past holding a breeding pair in an voliere (great birdcage). The male sings also beautiful and loud.
Good pov and the bird is seeing you well.
Sharpness is good, i think it can a little sharper also for te details of the bird.
