| I have doubts about what kind of insect is, I can not distinguish whether it is achieving a bee, well an enemy of this (Fly jacket bees), if someone recognizes us, please remove my doubts. |

I do not know a species name, but this is a robber fly (Diptera: Asilidae). I would say that this is a predatory insect, and bees are probably also in its menu :)
Anyway, interesting species!
