Hi,
Here's a picture from the local duck pond, taken from a low angle with a 70mm lens. I had to creep up to the ducks on elbows and knees to get this close. Thankfully they sat still enough for me to get this shot.

great shot. The POV is interesting and the head is perfectly exposed. I think the head of a male Mallard often is quite difficult to catch correctly.

Welcome to TN John, definatly an intresting angle for these to mallard drakes, I think I would of been tempted to clone out the foot path and road sign in the BG as with them being directly over the bills are a bit of a distraction IMO.
Hopefully you local duck pond will yeild many varied images in the future to share with us. TFS
