Hi Anastasios, technically this isn't actually a bee, its a Wasp. From looking through my book I would say a Dolichovespula Media, I'm happy to be proven wrong though. It's really important on TN to either get your ID correct or to ask for help with ID. Your sure to find someone here happy to help ;-)

NIce picture, a bit dark though.
I agree with Runnerduck that you need to try for some accuracy on TN.
This is indeed a Paper Wasp, Polistes sp.
There are many differences between the (Dolicho)Vespula and the Polistes, the most obvious here is the much longer hind legs.
