Hi marie. Sorry i dont know the ID. But its a great close up. showing good detail and warm colours. a very low POV with a good DOF helping to show the insect of. the eyes have come out well. TFS.

Hi Marie, I can't help you with the ID. It is an excellent macro however, with great depth of field to display the entire insect. The colour and detail on the moth is very good, and nicely composed in this longer landscape cropping.

I surmise from your caption that it must be a very tiny moth, Marie.
The quality of macro is very good. The eye in particular is in sharp focus.
Only an expert can ID it for you.

Very nice macro. It is probably the firs photo of these moth on TN. As for the ID it is difficult to say from the photograph but I think that it is family Heliozelidae (maybe some kind of Heliozella) Similar families are Incurvariidae
