This is dedicated to the supreme power to keep the Law of Balance and Law of Average in this universe.

==========================

My story of untold destiny continues.

I was watching this Praying Mantis. Probably hungry or looking for survival. It was giving me ample time to shoot. I was observing this Mantis and its power of staying silent in single location for more than an hour. The people in my colony thought I am crazy and someone kept asking me what am I looking and holding the camera for. My reply was my smiling face as I was expecting something to happen. It then happened. The poor lady bird without knowing the pain it has to go through. It sat on the flower bud then suddenly thud.... It was the gain of the mantis. It all happened in a flash of a second. I stood silent watching the butching to happen. One question still kept coming to my mind..Why I didnt stop the act.. rather why i kept clicking. Would I have done the same if it is is happening to a human? The question still keep coming from my inner heart but no answer. Ultimately the destiny wins and simple theory from my mother... If it has to happen..It will happen.. Ultimately the Law of average always win... To sum it...

Your pain is someone's Gain.....

Thanks for reading....

Hello Ganesh,
Wow, this is wonderful. The ladybird is being sucking dry in front of you. Your patience pay off well. Thanks for this action pack shot.

Hello Ganesh,
Interesting bit of drama here well caught with a good note.
The head of the mantis as well as the ladybird prey are sharply shown and well presented.
It is interesting to reflect that preying insects and spiders have little if any sense of taste. Ladybirds, as the warning colours suggest, must taste terribly as birds avoid them, but this mantis eats it to its gain!
TFS this interesting image,
Best regards, Ivan

Hi Ganesh,
once again a nice shot from a Praying Mantis.
The head of the mantis and the ladybird are captured perfectly sharp.
Nice composition.

Hi Ganesh,

You captured this Mantis in action and the poor Ladybug just perfectly. We can see what's happening clearly. Great details of both insects and your colors make every picture beautiful.
