Hi Marie, this is another excellent macro from you, and this time it's a real bee, instead of a syrphid, pretending. Excellent depth of field on this lady, with great detail and colour displayed. This type is darker than the ones I'm used to.

Hallo Mariki
A stunning and vibrant close up of this Honing bee. This is an absolute striking portrait. Excellent! You have captured this bee well and the detail is remarkable. I like the shiny body, the big eyes and the fluffy hair on the upper part of its body. It looks a lot like a fur coat. The flowers with its “Granny Smith apple appearance " inside is an eye catcher. This was a real pleasure to look at this image. Thanks for sharing and well done.
