Tu toma es interesante por la gran ampliación y sobre todo por el tratamiento de la luz y lo bien plasmado de ese rojo.

It can do only Minolta and Dietrich. Amazing busy technique, so attractive subject and brilliant macro work at whole. True three-dimensional image with plenty details, great sharpness and nice colours. Bravo.

Hello Dietrich,
I like the POV of this portrait of an adult R. iracundus taken with fine sharpness and lighting to show its features icluding the awesome mouthparts.
It would be sensation if I found this in Sweden as it was last seen in Scania in the 19th century, so it must be great to have this as a garden resident!

Great capture of this assassin bug. Very good POV and detail. Superb colours. It is always difficult to handle hairy black bodies and you did it very well.

The back light has produce a nice red glow to the assassin's body parts Dietrich. I like the comp & POV, complete DOF as well..
The flash helped to pull out some good detail on the shadowed side too.

What an amazing insect with a big trunk, a nasty jaw and in bright red stripes! It would certainly be very exciting to find one of these in the garden! It seems to have stayed put for a moment to let you take this superb shot. Excellent DOF and very sharp details.
