[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Folks , on my morning walk I found these two squirrels at a local park. they where having a good ol' time playing a game of chase. I am not really sure if they where playing at the mating game , but they certainly where quite friendly with each other. This is my first chance to get two squirrels in to the same frame.

of the three exposures I took this was the only one that turned out well. though I am fairly happy with the nikor 80-400mm it is also a bit hit and miss , some frames have poor detail and some are really good. I am sure that a good percentage of the results are just me and that I will get a better result with experience. I think that some of the issues I have with this lens have to do with the vibration reduction mode , and learning when to , and not to enable it.

Hi Art.
You really have took amazing picture. First of all I am impressed with sharpness at long end. Lights and colors are wonderful too despite the coloration of the animals. DOF is great. Both squirrel are in focus and BG is blurred nicely. Perfect job. My compliments.

hello Art, I lived in Hamilton for a while a few years ago, and black squirrels lived in the tree in the garden, I always loved them, and I love this picture, brings good times....also an excellent picture, great details, clarity and focus. superb timing to get this as well. TFS regards h

Wonderful shot of the Two frolicing Squirrels.
Nicely composed with a great pose and great POV.
Lovely sharp details and a good DOF.

What a nice pair of squirrels, I really like black squirrels but I can never get near the one coming in my backyard. This picture is lovely and filled with bright light, their coat shining against the blue sky. It i s a nice picture Art and I don't see what's wrong with you taking it! I miss more than I have good pictures and I once read that a professional photographer might take 2000 pictures to get a masterpiece. Don't you worry over that, your pictures are just fine!
