Hi Everton , nice photo of the heron , I like the drops from its beak and the ripples of water , gives an activity to a still. you have very nice detail and color , and good composition as well.

Nice capture. Good profile, detail and technical quality. Nice natural pose.

Herons are skitish usually hard to get close to. I've seen numerous blue herons at Freestone Park in Gilbert.

Hi Everton,
Oustanding sharpness, excellent eye contact, and very nice composition. I also like the water dripping from the beak and the ripples. Looks like the heron just took a stab at catching a fish.
The photo does look a little washed out by the bright light. I tried a workshop to improve contrast and color. It's not a major difference, but hope you will like it.

Hi Everton,

A beautiful Heron who is either posing for you or pretending you aren't there. Looks like he's knee deep in the water and has been fishing. Those swirls in the water are wonderful. Very nice natural colors and excellent details. The colors and setting looks like Arizona.
