Hallo Maurizio
This is a really fascinating in action shot of this Little Egret. It seems as if it is handling the acrobatic in air antics like an expert. I like the upside down pose in which you have captured the bird, with its wings shaping and spreading like an opened umbrella. The reflection in the water and the foam on the water surface is great, and I like the feathers on the head that looks like an antenna. Thanks for sharing.

non sarà perfetta ma non ho mai visto una posa simile!!
gran bella foto e documento naturalisticio che va oltre il puro valore estetico.

Ho avuto la nikon d70 e certo non eccelle in AF però il 300/4af-s me lo ricordo molte bene, grande obiettivo anche accoppiato all'1.4x.
Altro grande obiettivo è stato 70-200/2.8 VR AF-s. Un'accoppiata che mi ha seguito in mezza Africa!

A amazing capture with fantastic timing of a Little Egret that has caught a large eel. It looks like he has difficulty in hanging on to it.
The POV, sharpness, reflection in the water, light management and composition are all first class, which makes this a fine image and TFS!
