Yes, the eye contact with you is the best facet of this brilliant capture of an Indian Roller, Murali.
Though the entire picture is very crisp, it is the eye of the bird that catches the eye.

Hi Murali.
You have shared an amazing picture of the fine bird and so beautiful scenery. Both crisp sharp image of the bird and nice smooth BG are looked excellently. Colours are superb as well as a framing and composition of the shot. Bravo. Extra-class job.

This friend of yours certainly gave you a superb picture by maintaining the eye contact.Preening birds you can find, but it certainly needs some skill to get the eye in the picture too.Excellent POV, sharpness and details. Nice blurred background. A beautiful compositio indeed. :)
