My first post here. I was in a friend's house when i saw this beautiful grasshopper sleeping. Took my camera and my macro lens and took some shots. This is my favorite one.

Hi Francisco , welcome to Trek Nature , a wonderful macro to start of with good detail and great color , perhaps a bit shallow in field depth but really just a mater of personal taste , a good focus point on the thorax making the most of the affective focus area. great image thanks for sharing. look forward to more :-)

great macro, showing lots of detail, this photo really gives me the opportunity to get a real good look at a grasshopper, I've never really paid much attention to them before
