| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This morning I went to a park near my house called Kline line. I went there to hopefully photograph some birds and to my surprise as I was walking up of the bank from this little creek and got to the top and I was standing there for a couple minutes and out of the corner of my eye in the tall grass I see this young deer staring right at me. He was only about 20 feet from me. I started taking pictures thinking he is going to get spooked and take off but instead he took about five steps straight towards me calmly turned and very slowly walked back into the woods. It was a very cool experience. Unfortunately with the surprise of him standing there and the sun shining on my screen of my camera I didn't notice I was slightly over exposed. I have posted another picture in the workshop. Thanks for looking. |

Great shot Tom,
Right now the deer usually aren't too spooked in our area of Ohio. The bucks are just starting to grow their antlers and the does are beginning to bear young.
You caught this buck at just the right time to capture this wonderful photo. Very sharp and nice color to his coat.
Your workshop photo is just as nice as this one! Well Done!!
