A Windy Day at the Falls
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| I took this shot to get a more.. Abstract affect. I simply set up the tripod and took a long exposure shot of this creek, (on a cloudy day because that would allow a good exposure) But it was the wind that created the movement of the leaves which blurred areas of the forest in this shot. Hope you like it! |

Hi,
I really like this shot, excellent colours and composition, great movement effect on plants- everything is blurred, soft- look like a painting.
Great idea and effect.
cheers

Hi ti ke,
Very well composed and exposed image, where the effect has come very good. Cloudy days are good because you will get good saturation (pure colors), I don't know what you meant by good exposure, are you taking about slow shutter speeds. Ok, what I liked in your image is the diagnol positin of the stream and the trees in the background, I wish you could have tried include more of the trees, leaving some foreground. Ofcourse the trees itself would have been wonderful to capture for another abstract image. Hope you will try next time, if not already done so. TFS.
