A marigold with an insect on it :)
I have no idea what kind of insect it is, but definitely it's not a bee :)
Those who know it, please tell me.
The photo was taken with "portrait-macro" settings. No zoom.

PS. I have added a 100% photo of the fly in the Workshop. |

Hallo Elena
A beautiful golden yellow flower portrait. A very delightful view with fine details to appreciate. Yellow is definitely a very attractive and sunny colour and just looking at this image brightens ones day. I like the simple composition and the blurred colour you used in the background. I am also not sure about the insect but it looks like some kind of a hoverfly to me. A lovely close-up which I enjoyed looking at. Thanks for sharing and have a most enjoyable day.

Hello Elena,
I like the way you portray this fly in the centre of a marigold and the marigold itself stands out so well against the dark BG.
Though this pretty sharp and taken from a good POV, it is difficult to be certain, but I think this is a Tachinid fly that is parasitic on butterflies and moths, Nemorilla floralis.
Thanks for sharing this fine image,
Cheers,
Ivan
