An Atlantic Bobtail (Sepiola atlantica) from the Middelkerkebank, Belgian continental shelf.
Picture was taken on board of the RV Belgica, of a live specimen to preserve colour and structure of chromophores. The animal was released after the picture was taken.

Interesting specimen, love the green eyes and body markings/coloration..
I might've considered a 90 degree CW rotation for a more dramatic look with greater impact.
